Leadership is a different job than the one that got you here

Working hard and trusting your instincts probably got you this far. At some point, though, the role changes. The pressure increases, the decisions become more complex, and success depends less on what you do yourself and more on how you lead other people.

Most people don't come to coaching because they're struggling. They come because the role has changed faster than they’ve had chance to adapt to it.

You're still capable and driven. You just need a more deliberate way of operating.

What We Work On Together

This isn't generic career advice. It's working on the actual things that make leadership hard:

  • Making decisions under pressure

  • Communicating clearly and with confidence

  • Handling conflict and accountability

  • Moving from doing the work to leading people who do it

  • Building influence across your organization

  • Leading confidently when your role keeps evolving

What this isn’t

This isn't motivation coaching or confidence cheerleading. It's structured work that changes how you actually lead, not just how you think about leading.

Expect to be pushed.

In Their Own Words

“Jenni is a wonderful coach. She is very patient, intuitive and lets you go on your own journey in a safe space. While working with Jenni I made decisions I’d been avoiding for months, even though I knew they needed to be made. Working with Jenni helped me think them through properly and gave me the clarity and confidence to act. Then difference was immediate and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.”

- Alexis, Pharmaceutical Team Leader

I would highly recommend Climb Up to anyone looking for an executive coach who is results-oriented. The experience was incredibly valuable to growing my business. Jenni is professional, insightful and supportive, and introduced me to the ELI in a way that was clear, practical and easy to apply to my everyday thinking and decision-making.

What stood out most was her ability to ask thought-provoking questions that challenged my thinking without rushing me to conclusions. Each session was focused on clear actions and outcomes, creating accountability and maintaining momentum. I left every conversation with a stronger sense of direction and practical steps I could put into practice immediately.
