Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment + 90-minute debrief

10 x 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
Focused on what you’re dealing with in real time

Between session support
Access to resources, reflective exercises and support between sessions - so the work continues beyond the calls.

Need more? Additional sessions are available in blocks of five - for extended development or to support more complex, longer-term goals.

Format: Virtual. In-person available in NYC by arrangement

Duration: Typically 3-4 months depending on session cadence

Cadence: Bi-weekly sessions recommended. Weekly in month one.
