Speaking
Why bring me in?
I am, and always will be, authentically myself.
A lot of people speak about leadership from a place of success. They don’t talk about where they struggled, what actually went wrong, and what it took to figure it out.
I have plenty of examples from my own leadership journey where things didn’t go to plan. And without that, you don’t learn how to get it right.
With all of that, I still rose to run a US office for a global company. If anything, the things I didn’t get right are what got me there.
Leaders need to know they’re not alone - and that it’s normal to not have it all figured out.
I also know why people leave. Not just leadership roles - but your companies.
After 11 years in Data & AI staffing, I’ve spoken to thousands of mid-exec level professionals from Series A – Fortune 10 companies about why they were looking for new roles. The top reason was very rarely money.
It was leadership, growth, development, or culture.
Things that are still often treated as “nice to have” - but in reality, they’re what drive whether people stay, perform, or leave.
What Audiences Say
“There are a lot of aspects of our day to day that we don't really pay attention to, and that just go through with stress and anxiety - this session helped me to 'take a breath', and be me instead of being reactive.”
“Jenni’s background and experience was great to hear! Sometimes a friendly reminder that we all have different starting points in life but it doesn't mean we can't accomplish tough goals.”
“Imposter syndrome is a real thing that I feel, so knowing so many others leaders feel the same way... it made me sad but also made me realize, we're all amazing and don't feel that way!”
I have real experience speaking
I spoken at many conferences, including the Open Data Science Conference, Women in Data events on hiring, growth, and navigating the Data & AI space. I’ve delivered specialized sessions for companies like Wayfair on retention, and building cultures that actually work.
I’ve also led multiple employee resource group sessions on communication, networking, and confidence in the workplace.
Alongside that, I’ve worked with early-career talent as part of the advisory board at RPI — so I see the pipeline challenges as well as what’s happening at leadership level.
And I understand Data & AI.
How it works, how it’s built, and how it’s changing the systems people are operating in - both in education and in the workplace.
This combination is rare.
I bring real leadership experience, commercial understanding, and data-backed insight into every session - so what people hear isn’t just interesting, it’s relevant to how they actually operate.
And importantly — I’ve done the job.
Over 10+ years leading teams, running offices, managing P&Ls, and building leaders from entry-level through to senior leadership.
So when I speak about leadership, it’s not theoretical. It’s from experience.
